General Delivery info

Orders placed before 2:30 pm usually ship out the same day from Lahore, Pakistan. Free standard shipping is offered on:

  • DOMESTIC orders within Pakistan above PKR 20,000

  • INTERNATIONAL orders above PKR 100,000

Delivery times are estimated and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that certain remote areas of Pakistan have limited delivery services, and we cannot be responsible for delays caused by difficult terrain, restricted access, or adverse weather conditions. We will always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but during peak seasons (sales, holiday periods, and promotional events) processing times may be slightly longer.

Customers are typically required to sign for their parcels, but our delivery partners can arrange contactless delivery upon request. Please note that this is not a named delivery service—anyone present at the delivery address may sign for and receive your parcel. We will not be liable for lost or missing packages signed for at shared or office addresses.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the driver will attempt delivery three times on consecutive business days. If the package remains undelivered for five days without any communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.

During the sales period, orders may be shipped in eco-friendly packaging. Items are wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a 100% recyclable, plain brown box with no indication of its contents. Please note that we do not offer or sell gift packaging at this time.

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery during sales or peak seasons, as slight delays may occur.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Innove Couture ships worldwide. Outside the Pakistan, all shipments are DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Orders may be subject to import customs taxes, fees, and duties, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customers are responsible for all customs clearance charges and local import charges (import duty, tax, etc) if any. Please verify with the local customs office before making purchases, as customs policies vary widely. In the event that a package is undeliverable and the purchase is returned, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchanges are accepted on unworn items within 14 days of order receipt and require an RA number. Items must be received within 10 days of RA issue. Items discounted 50% or more are Final Sale.

During regular business hours, email requests are immediately processed. If, for any reason, you don’t receive a timely response, please give us a call.

Once an RA number is received, please specify if you want an exchange or refund. Securely pack items and send them using an insured carrier:

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition they were received: worn, altered, or washed, with all tags attached.  Customers will receive a full refund minus shipping. Merchandise returned without original packaging will not be refunded.

Replacements at no cost to you will be sent promptly in the event of damaged or defective merchandise. Free return shipping is provided for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned COD will not be accepted.
Once a return has been received (within a specified time), a credit or refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Faiqa Awais ships worldwide to over 100 countries. Outside the Pakistan all shipments are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
